We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with Salesforce Service Cloud to join our clients IT team, as they go through an exciting period of growth and acquisitions.

The successful applicant will be offered a competitive salary, in addition to various benefits and hybrid working. This role will require three or four days per week working in their Sheffield office.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Working within a team Salesforce Administrators managing a Service Cloud platform with 500+ licences
  • Gathering requirements from Stakeholders around their needs with the Salesforce platform, documenting and helping to improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce and other areas
  • Delivery of complex business change requests and projects
  • Aside from Salesforce, working on other areas such as website efficiency's and web-based applications

Skills & Qualifications
  • Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Excellent soft skills- you will need to be comfortable working with senior stakeholders
  • Any experience working with Testers or knowledge of Salesforce UAT Testing highly desirable
  • Wider IT knowledge around security, applications or infrastructure
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator/Business Analyst desirable
