Job Description

I'm currently looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant based in Ireland for a very exciting role with one of the UK and Ireland's leading Salesforce partners!

This role is an excellent opportunity to support the growth of a thriving Salesforce practice that provides consultancy services to a range of different industries in Ireland and other parts of the world.


Role & Responsibilities

• Analysing business requirements, solution design and technical specification documentation generation
• Customise and configure Salesforce.com in order to achieve business goals and appeal to users
• Support Clients with issue resolution in BAU operations and on new Salesforce implementations
• Delivery when it comes to implementation life cycle, this includes requirements analysis to deployment also including project management of signed-off deliverables

Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years minimum Salesforce Admin/Consultancy experience
• Great soft skills, at comfort facing clients while still being confident and approachable
• Excellent problem solving skills with the Salesforce.com platform
• Experience with Salesforce app management
• Salesforce Administrator certifications, among others
• Team management/leadership skills
• Experience with Presales
• Project Management certification
