
Salesforce Senior Administrator
Hours - Full Time
Location - Cheshire

Responsibilities Include:- Day to day Administration duties such as user support and administration, trouble shooting, maintaining a 'clean' user friendly CRM
- Implementation of new Salesforce systems and integration of new and existing systems
- Working directly with stakeholders and the Salesforce team
- Enhance the client's change management process to ensure all changes land smoothly through appropriate testing
- Help define the roadmap for CRM and shape the overall strategy
- Ensure all changes are adopted well using clear communications with all of the relevant users
- Communicating with Stakeholders and handling client support
Skills/Experience:- Salesforce Administrator Certificate
- Experience implementing and integrating substantial system improvements within Salesforce
- Salesforce Service Cloud experience
- Strong organisation and interpersonal skills
- The ability and confidence to work under own initiative
- Account Seed knowledge would be advantageous
