My client is a global manufacturing company who is looking to take on-board a talented and capable CRM analyst. You will be helping to create solutions that will enable my client's customers to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of their businesses.


Role & Responsibilities
  • Convert business requirements to solutions
  • Consult, review, and analyse business information to determine the solution efficiently
  • Liaise with different stakeholders
  • Understand business problems and opportunities
  • Provide specialist technical expertise
  • Ensure proper prioritization and implementation of systems changes



Skills & Qualifications
  • ADM 201 Certified
  • 3-4 years' experience as an admin
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Project management experience is desirable
