What you will do:
  • Understand and translate business requirements into robust and reusable solutions leveraging deep knowledge of Salesforce solutions and software architectures, minimizing complexity and reducing the Total Cost of Ownership
  • Collaborate in managing development projects on Salesforce to realize processes, functions, solutions, standalone or fully integrated within the IT architecture
  • Collaborate in planning, researching and designing robust integrated solutions in the framework of target application architecture, assuring the end to end process from CRM / Front Office Systems as SalesForce and Back Office Systems such as Zuora
  • Support in responding to functional issues during each stage of a project's lifecycle
  • Interfacing with the delivery organization/s to ensure effective transition, collaborate on clear solution assumptions, determine appropriate service delivery locations and related cost to deliver
  • Understand and clearly define the input required to create cost estimates; Preparing and managing all the project costs to deliver the defined scope of services
  • Work on standardization of solutions, with the purpose of defining global templates to be replicated in different Countries extending processes coverage of different business lines
  • Support the definition and implementation of the 'Salesforce ORG Strategy' for different business legal entities involved in many countries
  • Collaborate in evaluating new products and technologies that can enable the evolution of Business offer, reducing the time to market, in accordance with the evolution of GDS global strategy




Who you are:

Engineering degree on Computer Science, Electronics, Energy, or Computer Science degree or equivalents with:
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in Salesforce delivery management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle enterprise CRM engagements
  • Previous roles as Project Manager, with broad background experience in Requirements Analysis and Salesforce Functional Environment
  • Required functional and technical experience in project with a component of integration between systems, in particular CPQ solutions, Field Service, SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, Marketing Cloud, Partner and Customer Community.
  • Salesforce certifications (at least two out of these four: Application Architect, Admin, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud)
  • Experience on Workforce Management, Asset Management, Logistics Management, integration with GIS Systems, will be considered a plus
  • Knowledge Configure, Price and Quote (Bit2Win Suite) will be considered a plus
  • Languages and level: English: full professional proficiency or above; Italian: full professional proficiency or above; Spanish: is a plus
