We are currently looking for a Analytics Technical Project Manager to help our clients towards an audience-centric culture to gain efficiencies and customer knowledge, improving their sales strategies.



Main responsibilities:

  • Understanding of client priorities and tech ecosystem capabilities to provide activation and sales strategies based on data
  • Overall audience strategy definition in coordination with client stakeholders and aligned to business goals
  • Technical knowledge and project management for DMP / CDP deployment in clients,


coordinating tasks with different stakeholders
  • Use cases definition and roll-out plan definition for testing new audiences based on centralized data in DMP or CDP
  • Use cases deployment: segment creation, segment activation and use case analysis using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Ad Servers like Campaign Manager and activation platforms such as Display & Video 360, Google Ads, Paid Social platforms or website personalization tools
  • Audience and use case optimization through new DMP capabilities, new data sources, different audience creation rules or creativity ideas
  • Internal coordination with different Neo teams for new technical measurement requirements or specific audience activation in several marketing channels
  • Support and guide the client to an audience-centric marketing culture
  • Present analysis and conclusions to business teams
  • Preparation of proposals and ideas for new audience development




Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree. Advanced degree preferred
  • 3-6 years of digital marketing experience
  • 2 years DMP experience in main vendors like Salesforce Audience Studio or Adobe Audience Manager
  • Experience in audience strategy definition, implementation, measurement and optimization through digital marketing campaigns and digital assets with a cross-channel approach
  • Knowledge and experience with analytics tools (such as Goolge Analytics), ad servers (like Campaign Manager), DSPs (like D&V360) and visualization tools like Data Studio, Datorama or Power BI.
  • Deep understanding of and thought leadership around the marketing technology and adtech landscape and players, including integration with DSP's and bidding engines.
  • Analytics mindset, experience in data management and KPIs definition based on business objectives.
  • Hypothesis definition capabilities and testing to validate them.
  • Ability to learn fast in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities, presentation of ideas, oral and interpersonal communication skills, and great attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives / tasks in parallel, as well as changing priorities
  • Comfortable working with business, IT, and marketing stakeholders
  • Professional attitude and service orientation; team player
  • Medium / high level of English.




Nice to have:
  • Previous experience working in media agency / consulting.
  • Experience in ad server tagging and implementation of digital asset measurement plans.

Analytics Technical Project Manager to help one of our major clients in unifying their digital marketing solution globally.



Main responsibilities:

  • Work with the client in the deployment and optimisation of their measurement strategy.
  • Collaborate with the client's development teams in the deployment of the data layer in the different digital assets.
  • Project management for Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager tasks, coordinating different brand stakeholders and third parties.
  • Weekly meetings/calls and JIRA follow up with Tech Product Owner.
  • Detection of new opportunities / needs in the field of data collection and analytics.
  • Internal coordination with different Neo teams for new technical measurement requirements
  • Support the client regarding the implementation of analytics tools and provide guidance for new technological solutions
  • Support on data analysis and insights to business stakeholders






Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree. Advanced degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of data & analytics experience
  • 2 years of experience in the Google Marketing Platform suite, especially Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience in managing Analytics implementation projects, and collaborating with client development teams
  • Experience in agile development methodology and project management tools (JIRA)
  • Ability to learn fast in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities, presentation of ideas, oral and interpersonal communication skills, and great attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives / tasks in parallel, as well as changing priorities
  • Comfortable working with business, IT, and marketing stakeholders
  • Professional attitude and service orientation; team player
  • Medium / high level of English.






Nice to have:

  • Digital marketing knowledge.
  • Previous experience working in media agency / consulting.
  • Technical level understanding of other madtech platforms, especially CDP / DMP.
  • Knowledge and experience with other analytics tools (such as Adobe, Tealium), CMPs (such as CookiePro), ad servers (like Google Campaign Manager), DSPs (like D&V360) and visualization tools like Data Studio, Datorama or Power BI.
  • Analytics mindset, experience in data management and KPIs definition based on business objectives.
