Role & Responsibilities

• Be the key point of contact for IT topics regarding Pioneer in the UK region.
• Understand and analyse their requirements and priorities for the growth and evolution of the Pioneer platform
• Provide your CRM expertise to assess feasibility and impact of the requirements on UK systems and processes

Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive CRM product management experience
• Requirements gathering and gap analysis
• Functional and technical specifications
