This Business Analyst will be supporting the CRM team to deliver solutions to the organisations unified CRM system.
Role & Responsibilities
- Working with the CRM team to make sure all requirements are documented and execution of the global roll out plan is supported
- Provide support to the project manager, data analyst and developer team to ensure all tasks are done to roll out to schools
- Contributing to team discussions and work with regions and schools to gather requirements used to deliver road map features across the regions
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in business analysis to implement and enhance a customer relationship management system
- Good writing skills and grammar
- Experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Highly familiar with current agile and business analysis platforms such as Jira, Visio, Signavio, MS office suite, etc
- Up to £50,000 DOE
- 10% Performance based bonus
