nCino Administrator

Job Description

One of my clients is actively hiring for a nCino Administrator position. The nCino/Salesforce Administrator is responsible for working with the team on helping with the scoping, ongoing administration, and enhancements of the nCino application built on the Salesforce platform.


Role & Responsibilities

• Update basic nCino configuration
• Create, updated, and manage nCino Support Cases via the nCino Community
• Work with nCino and Salesforce teams to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the application to support additional business processes or functions
• The admin will also help identify, diagnose and resolve end-user problems in a timely manner that exemplifies that bank's high standards of customer service

Skills & Qualifications

• Experienced with nCino or other loan origination systems is required
• Ideally certified within Salesforce
• A year of nCino experience
