Senior Salesforce Data Manager (Tableau/PowerBI)

Job Description

Mason Frank have recently became partnered with a leading non profit organisation based in London who are looking for a Senior Salesforce Data Manager to join the team helping them to streamline their data insights as well as manage their CRM instance and mentor a Junior Administrator.


Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the Salesforce team in data analysis, reporting and data strategy
• Assist stakeholders with decision making based on insights
• Work across other departments such as marketing, digital and content
• Managing CRM database providing regular insight and data cleansing
• Mentoring a Junior Salesforce Administrator
• Spearhead Data Strategy
• Process Improvement
• Maintain reports and dashboards within Salsforce, PowerBI and/or Tableau
• Manage all aspects of feedback surveys including questionnaire design, fieldwork and more
• Collaborate with wider team to produce data driven forecasts and monitor performance against this

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience with Salesforce and PowerBI or Tableau
• Previous management history and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Adept with strategy and business planning
• Preferably educated to degree level
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to develop strong working relationships at all levels
• Keen eye for detail
