Job Description

This role if for a Sales-force end user, which is a 12 month contract covering someone that is on maternity leave you will need to have experience in sales Ops Analysis, with a good understanding of Excel, Macros and pivot tables.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Maintain the Sales-force CRM application
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports that deliver business visibility on key metrics
  • Managing the renewal process and working with the sales team to get orders renewed efficiently and on time
  • Assist with the quarterly commissions process, gaining sign off from the MD & CFO and provide statements to the sales team within given timescales
  • Deliver 'best practice' on all areas of the sales process
  • Any other reasonable requests made by your line manager.
  • Provide support to the Head of Commercial Operations as required
  • Act as internal project manager liaising between Sales, Finance and Operations to ensure smooth on-boarding of new customers leading to accurate billing
  • Work with the sales team to generate orders through the Conga tool and submit them to customers via DocuSign

Skills & Qualifications
  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Excel super user with understanding of macros and pivot tables
  • Experience using Conga for document automation
  • Experience using DocuSign for signing of contracts
  • Awareness of key legal terms
  • Some Data Centre knowledge
  • General IT knowledge
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality service delivery
