For one of our clients in Switzerland, we are currently looking for a Business Development Lead(IT tech, Salesforce). You will be fully responsible for managing customer development and management of multiple IT tech products.

Business Development Lead



[Main Responsibility]
  • Contact and network maintenance with our partners as well as with new & existing customers
  • Generating new business, initiating business, and placing the company portfolio
  • Create a business strategy with your extended team to drive net new revenue and assure customer success.
  • Negotiate and construct product and service orders, contract addendums, and contract renewals
  • Key account management and expansion of the business with the existing customers to be supported
  • Cooperation with stakeholders in market development
  • According to the business plan, winning primarily net SalesForce business revenue among Enterprise accounts.




[Main Requirement]
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT product sales (Ideally, Salesforce, Adobe, CMS)
  • Network with customers in the DACH region
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce Clouds experience would be plus )
  • Fluent English and German language knowledge are a must
