My client is looking for a talented and capable Salesforce Business Analyst to join their forward thinking and growing business. You will be familiar with change requests, dealing with acceptance criteria, creating user stories. You will have the autonomy to help guide the business decisions. Role & Responsibilities

• As a trusted advisor, work with key sales leaders to improve process, tools and systems to ensure they have the best capabilities to support the sales effort
• Discover, analyse, and define business processes and system requirements to achieve defined business outcomes
• Lead and coordinate End to End and Business Acceptance Testing phases supporting business testers as required

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communicator
• Exposure to the breath of the Salesforce eco systems (Sales, Service, Communities, CPQ, Pardot)
• Business process analysis, data modelling, and detailed functional design skills
