Salesforce Administrator Opportunity - Up to 50k - Hybrid (London)!



This is a great opportunity to join a globally recognised End User!



Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing Salesforce support for all users and suggesting Salesforce improvements.
  • Handling Salesforce administration (User account maintenance, reports and dashboards, security settings, profiles etc.)
  • Creating and managing custom fields/ objects, flows, processes, record types, validation rules, page layouts etc.
  • Developing and maintaining system process and training documentation.
  • Participating in the evaluation, scoping and completion of Salesforce change requests.
  • Working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers and Administrators on planning, testing and project coordination.
  • Taking part in user story creation process.




Skills and Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Certifications.
  • Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Experience across Sales, Service, Communities/ Experience Clouds preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile/ Scrum methodologies would be advantageous.
