My client are a well regarded NFP based in Central London. They aim to work on societal challenges where they can lead, provoke and drive impact.
This role manages the company's CRM database (Salesforce) including management of their Salesforce administrator, and the external support and development contractor.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relevant reports and dashboards in Salesforce and PowerBI and/or Tableau.
- Developing, championing, and enforcing day-to-day system use practices including data cleanliness, record completeness, use of shared functionality.
- Work across the organisation to drive data-driven decision-making in collaboration with others, such as the Executive Team members.
Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive Salesforce knowledge
- Proven ability to turn statistical analysis into practical, effective recommendations for improvement.
- Knowledge of PowerBI and/or Tableau
- Flexible working
