Our client, a well-known and highly successful partner, has engaged the services of Mason Frank International, to source a Salesforce Functional Consultant for their Sydney CBD office. This presents a great opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to step up in their career and progress internally within the company.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Gathering requirements for Salesforce implementation from the client
Customisation and configuration of the Salesforce platform
Managing internal stakeholders
Documentation of client based requirements
Providing assistance in guiding the design of solutions
Post solution development, liaising with the client and gaining their approval
You will be working on a range of retail and government based projects.

Skills and Expérience Required:
Previous experience as a Functional Consultant is essential
Previous experience working for a Salesforce partner is also highly regarded
Experience in Sales and Service Cloud
High Level understanding of Salesforce customisation and configuration
Great communication and stakeholder management skills
Must possess a strategic mindset, meeting and exceeding the clients requirements
You must have full working rights in Australia to be considered for this role: Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship rights are a requirement.
