Our client, a highly regarded Salesforce Partner has engaged the services of Mason Frank International, to source a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant. Role available to those Australian wide. This presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant to take the next step up in their career.



About the Role:

You will be responsible for:

• The custom development and maintenance of the Salesforce platform
• Provide technical expertise to deliver Salesforce solutions across projects
• Take ownership of outcomes and deliverables - Deliver high quality technical solutions
• Deal with enhancements and defects within Salesforce
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, work closely with the business development team
• Stakeholder Management

Skills and Technical Qualifications:

• Hand son experience with Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience Clouds
• Hands on experience with LWC (requirement) and Field Service Lightning (ideal)
• Experience with Apex and Lighting development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of workplace delivery frameworks: DevOps, CI/CD and Scrum Practices
• Hold Salesforce Administration (ADM201) and Salesforce Platform App Builder certifications
• Strong communication and consultative skills with various stakeholders, providing Salesforce solutions
• Excellent problem solving skills, high quality output of work and design is essential

About you:

• Previous experience as a Salesforce Technical Consultant is essential
• Ideally worked for a fast paced consultancy and rapidly growing organisation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High Level understanding of Salesforce customisation and configuration
• Must possess a strategic mindset, meeting and exceeding the client's expectations
