About the Company: Our client, an Australian Salesforce Partner has engaged the services of Mason Frank International, to source a Salesforce Functional Consultant for their Sydney office.
About the Role: You will be responsible for:
- Leading discovery/requirement gathering workshops for various clients
- Customisation and configuration of the Salesforce platform
- Managing internal and external stakeholders
- Documentation of stakeholder requirements
- Providing assistance in guiding the design of solutions
- Providing Salesforce training
- UAT
- Post solution development, liaising with the client and gaining their approval
Skills and Experience Required: - Previous experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant is essential
- Experience with Sales, Service and Community Clouds is ideal
- High level experience with Salesforce customisation (building reports, dashboards etc) and configuration (i.e., Building custom objects, flows, workflows, use of Process Builder) is essential
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem solver who can work autonomously, a natural leader
