About the Company:

Our client, an Australian Salesforce Partner has engaged the services of Mason Frank International, to source a Salesforce Functional Consultant for their Sydney office.



About the Role:

You will be responsible for:

• Leading discovery/requirement gathering workshops for various clients
• Customisation and configuration of the Salesforce platform
• Managing internal and external stakeholders
• Documentation of stakeholder requirements
• Providing assistance in guiding the design of solutions
• Providing Salesforce training
• UAT
• Post solution development, liaising with the client and gaining their approval

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant is essential
• Experience with Sales, Service and Community Clouds is ideal
• High level experience with Salesforce customisation (building reports, dashboards etc) and configuration (i.e., Building custom objects, flows, workflows, use of Process Builder) is essential
• Great communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem solver who can work autonomously, a natural leader
