About the Company:

Our client, a Highly Regarded Salesforce End User has engaged the services of Mason Frank International, to source a Salesforce Product Owner, based in Sydney.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for:

• Taking the lead in requirements gathering workshops
• Customisation and configuration of the Salesforce platform
• Managing internal and external stakeholders
• Documentation of client-based requirements
• Providing assistance in guiding the design of solutions
• Providing Salesforce training internally
• Testing on the Salesforce platform
• Post solution development, liaising with the client and gaining their approval

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or Senior Functional Consultant is essential
• Hands on experience with Sales, Service and Experience Clouds is ideal
• Having worked on projects with FSL and LWC is ideal
• Develop functional road maps
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Salesforce Administration Certification ADM201 is essential. Additional Salesforce certifications are highly regarded
• Great communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem solver who can work autonomously
