Our client, a Large Global Salesforce End User has engaged the services of Mason Frank International, to source a Salesforce Administrator to manage their APAC region. Offices based in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. This presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to take the next step up in their career.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for:
Daily Administration duties such as managing profiles, user setup, configuration in Salesforce
Configuration: Building/management of custom objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, using Process Builder
Liaison with their internal Salesforce teams
Deal with tickets raised by the APAC region
You will Have:
3+ Years Salesforce Administrator Experience Ideal
Experience with Sales and Service Cloud
Must be very detail orientated and have strong communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
Ideally worked for a large global organisation
