Salesforce Senior Developer

Salesforce Developer | $130-160K | Remote

A Salesforce Partner is looking to add a couple Senior Developers to their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working for another Salesforce Partner, experience managing other developers, and can code from scratch. In this role you will be able to do hands-on application development work, collaborate in Application and System architecture decisions, provide peer mentoring and more!

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience
• 3 years of developing in managed packages (highly preferred)
• Strong development skills (Apex, Visualforce, LWC/Aura)
• Deep understanding of platform limitations and experience planning for production organization scale (row limits, CPU limits, concurrent Apex transaction limits, etc.)
• Strong background in data modeling and building a data model on Salesforce
• Experience with SFDX is a huge plus
• Strong Object Oriented Programming skills
• Can work independently when needed
• Experience working for a Salesforce Partner (highly preferred)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification highly preferred
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification preferred
• Experience working remotely in a previous position
• Great communication skills - proven ability to work with key business stakeholders
