Job Description

To support Salesforce users across the group with any issues they may face, improve processes within Salesforce and assess business requirements and implement in the best way.

Role & Responsibilities

  • To provide day to day administrative support to all end users to ensure they are able to use Salesforce and FinancialForce efficiently
  • To provide System Administration to ensure reports, fields, workflows, picklist etc are implemented to improve processes
  • To run regular weekly/monthly processes such as direct debit payment submissions
  • To provide training to users where required preparing and updating training materials to ensure the system is used efficiently
  • To ensure all processes are documented and kept up to date ensuring where relevant team members can see how processes have been put together
  • To ensure Personal Development is ongoing by using Trailheads, other training tools and colleagues to ensure system knowledge and support is up to date and improved.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Good communication skills
  • Experience and strong understanding of
  • FinancialForce experience advantageous
  • Strong data manipulation skills
  • Efficient in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Creative and analytical thinker with good problem solving skills
