Role & Responsibilities

• Working with business stakeholders to define and clarify scope of requirements and prioritise change requests in line with business requirements
• Managing change requests through cases in Salesforce and tickets in JIRA
• Day to day configuration and maintenance support of the Salesforce Lightning database- Salesforce configuration

Skills Require

• Strong track record in Business Analysis
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Gathering and analysing business requirements
