Looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Solution Architect at the Director Level who can lead the architecture and design of complex Salesforce solutions, manage and mentor a team of Salesforce professionals, and drive business growth through sales and client engagement.
- Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and align with the overall technology strategy
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritise key business processes, requirements, and pain points
- Provide technical guidance to Salesforce development teams and oversee the development, testing, and deployment of solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on Salesforce-related matters
- Work closely with sales teams to understand client needs, prepare proposals, and participate in sales presentations
- Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce professionals
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with Salesforce solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce products, features, and trends
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and its various modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, development teams, and sales teams
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of Salesforce professionals
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Business acumen, with the ability to understand and articulate business requirements and pain points, and develop solutions that align with overall business strategy.
