Role and responsibilities
Support of over 200+ users, ensuring continuous improvement, applying experience to design creative solutions using Salesforce best practices
Being pro-active in suggesting improvements to the configuration of the system, or new tools or ways of working
Providing strong problem solving and technical skills to effectively design quality solutions
Skills and qualifications
Experience working with Sales/Service Clouds
Experience with AppExchange solutions, Conga, DocuSign, Cloudingo
Awareness of Apex and Visualforce
ADM 201 Certified
