Salesforce CPQ Team Lead

Job Description

A well-respected End User is looking for their next Salesforce CPQ Team Lead to join and be a key part of their implementation team, working with third parties and internal stakeholders to deliver transformational projects for the business.

This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the initial implementation project for the tool you will eventually be responsible for developing and supporting as the business scales.


Role & Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, build, document, and support solutions for the Salesforce CPQ application Collaborating with business partners to help shape functional requirements of the CPQ
• Demonstrate leadership and technical expertise by presenting custom solutions based on the Salesforce platform and ecosystem
• Performing hands-on technical design, solution architecture, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and CPQ development tasks
• Create and manage Price Rules, Product Rules, Discounting, Product Setup and Configuration, Product Options, Quote Templates, and Advanced Approval Rules with ability to design for complex business use cases

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational and business analysis skills; detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a wider team
• Previous experience developing solutions on the salesforce platform, including Salesforce CPQ
• Salesforce certification including; Salesforce Administrator; Salesforce CPQ Certified Specialist; Platform App Builder; Developer 1
• Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Previous experience managing a team
