Working closely alongside a team of experts with extensive Salesforce technical knowledge and expertise. Reporting into the Head of Business Applications and be responsible for the support and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.

Role & Responsibilities Salesforce System Administrator
  • Maintain Profiles, User profiles, Role hierarchy, security settings and Access settings.
  • Implement best practice when providing configuration, Systems maintenance, software updates, data integrity and testing.
  • Provide Salesforce training
  • Comunicating with senior management to ensure high quality internal and external services
  • Build reports and dashboards.
  • Providing 1st and 2nd line Salesforce support.

Skills & Qualifications
  • 2 years Salesforce configuration experience
  • Experience working with Validations and Workflows
  • Strong Analytic skills.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator ADM201
  • Salesforce security Knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills.
