Role & Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Solutions Design - running pre-sales business process discovery workshops and design Salesforce solutions and processes to drive real business value across organisations
- Relationship Management - building and managing relationships with Salesforce Account Executives and Customers
- Documentation - producing exceptional quality, clearly written, documents and presentations
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Salesforce with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, processes and automations, custom views, reports and dashboards.
- Experience working with Salesforce Partners
- Salesforce ADM Certification required
