Salesforce Developer


Salesforce Developer - Up to 75k - Remote (1-2x a month travel to the London office)

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and growing end-user!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking part in the whole development life cycle, including requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing and documentation.
  • Collaborating with the Tech leads, Business Analysts, Architects and Test/ QA for evaluation, scoping and completion of Salesforce and Kaptio development requests (e.g. Salesforce APEX, Salesforce and Kaptio configuration, integrations via APIs, reports and dashboards).
  • Supporting product releases and the broader adoption of the platform.
  • Completing internal system audits and preparing for product upgrades.
  • Ensuring that the database is well maintained, interpreting data requirements and advising on the use of data and building reports.
  • Providing support for Salesforce and Kaptio related issues.
  • You will be responsible for operational improvements, e.g. investing in automation, removing root causes.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Salesforce certifications.
  • Ability to manage workload and work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience working with the Agile development methodology.
  • Ability to build custom apps using Apex, triggers, Visualforce, lightning (Aura & LWC), JavaScript, platform events, streaming API, custom email handlers, JSON, SOQL, Postman/SOAPUI, Flows, Process builder.
  • Previous experience with integrations using REST and SOAP API's and with 3rd party applications.
  • Strong coding skills across Apex and Visualforce.
  • Troubleshooting: debug logs, Apex exceptions, platform limits, RCA, security & integration issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
