Whats Involved!

As their Lead Domain Architect, you will play a pivotal role as the domain lead architect for one of their key product domains. Your expertise will drive the design, solution selection, and implementation strategy, ensuring that their component landscape aligns seamlessly with their business strategy and adheres to enterprise architecture standards.

Your role in a nutshell!
  • Design and oversee the implementation of solutions within your product domain, ensuring alignment with the organizational structure.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, providing guidance on component design and implementation.
  • Work in tandem with Solution Architects and IT specialists to deliver end-to-end architecture covering capability, process, application, data, and IT foundations.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders, digital product owners, and managers to craft product architecture recommendations, implementation plans, and oversee successful delivery.
  • Ensure that solutions within the domain comply with enterprise architecture standards, monitoring the delivery processes for seamless integration.
  • Manage relationships with external technology partners and vendors to ensure solutions meet and exceed business needs.
  • Stay on top of emerging technologies and trends within the construction equipment domain, advocating for their integration into their architecture.
  • Develop and implement domain-specific architecture plans and strategies, understanding the scope, as-is, and potential target states to facilitate effective transitions.


The Ideal Candidate!
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT product management and design.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ambition to further develop them.
  • Extensive experience defining and maintaining end-to-end product design.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with IT actors and business stakeholders in achieving common goals.
  • Previous experience in a large, complex organization.
