Role & Responsibilities
  • Designing scalable best practice solutions with the aid of project managers
  • User management
  • Configuration changes including workflows, process builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, dashboards, reports and many more.
  • A chance to develop your Apex code knowledge
  • Sandbox management

Skills & Qualifications
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Great communication skills between both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes.
  • Training end users and key stakeholders
