As the companies Salesforce Field Service Solutions Specialist you will be instrumental in this global organisation within the logistics centre's Salesforce Field Service role out. This is a truly global organisation and the role sits in the European IT Team, based in Amsterdam.

  • 3+ years' experience within Salesforce core clouds
  • 1+ years' working on the Salesforce FSL platform, or a comparable cloud based FSL platform.
  • Proven technical acumen to translate business requirements into functional design.
  • Proven presentation and communication skills with client executives.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines, while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A thorough understanding of service and field service practices and KPIs.
  • Experience with the development life cycle (Business Process design, documentation, QA, testing strategy and execution, troubleshooting analysis).

What You Will Be Doing
  • Leading on the Salesforce Field Service roll out within an established IT Team alongside external FSL Partner.
  • Integration, configuration and analysis of the core platform and its integration's within the wider business.
  • Participate in business solution design process for client to understand and define functional project requirements
  • Challenge both internal & external stakeholders on the FSL roll out's best practice.
