Functional Analyst

My client is a leading IT Services and Consulting company dedicated to providing mobile apps, responsive websites and desktop applications using .NET, Java, JavaScript, Angular, React languages to build quality and cutting edge solutions for their clients . As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented Functional Analyst to contribute to their success.

Position Overview:

As a Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the development of their software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to analyse business requirements, design functional specifications, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.
• Utilize UML and Domain Modeling techniques to create clear and comprehensive design documentation.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the translation of requirements into technical specifications.
• Perform SQL database queries and analysis to support data-related tasks.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Provide ongoing support and clarification to development teams during the implementation phase.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of software features to ensure they meet the specified requirements.
• Continuously improve and optimize processes related to functional analysis.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in a software development environment.
• Strong proficiency in UML and Domain Modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and good working knowledge of English.
