Our client who are the leading specialist in their field are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Salesforce experience to join their team.


Role & Responsibilities

• Work closely with key stakeholders to elicit, understand and interpret business requirements, to deliver a system that accommodates the businesses different contracts permutations.
• Work within the Business Process Improvement Function and engage with various stakeholders across the business to drive improvement and change. Embrace system and business challenges whilst ensuring systems and business process investment add value and / or remove waste.
• Liaise with key stakeholders to design both the Salesforce Roadmap and wider business roadmap.

Skills & Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified
• Agile PM / Scrum Master
• At least 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in a Salesforce implementation environment.
