Salesforce Developer

Job Description

Being apart of the Salesforce Team, you'll be responsible for reviewing internal operational deficiencies within the Salesforce platform requiring development and working collaboratively with internal teams in the organization as needed. You will work to organize and discuss requirements, develop solutions, and deploy assigned features / bug fixes. You'll be working with a small, agile-focused release team which includes members across internal support, configuration and development roles.


Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of our SFDC Configuration Team CICD process
• Review intermittent SFDC Org Apex Application errors for potential refactoring
• Configure / Develop features and customization within Salesforce to meet Team expectations
• Collaborate with team members to test and UAT projects to ensure proper release and adoption
• Keep up to date with new SFDC features and releases, in order to use all tools at our disposal and optimize builds

Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of SFDC Development experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
• SFDC Developer Certification
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience (Community) Cloud preferred
• Experience working with Salesforce ETL applications such as DataLoader, DemandTools, Jitterbit
• Knowledgeable on SFDC configuration capabilities with experience creating lightning flows
• Experience liaising with Product Organization, Technical Teams & Developers
• Comfortable working in an agile environment with a small team of administrators
• Very strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
