Salesforce Developer - New York - $140,000 - Remote
I'm actively sourcing for a Salesforce Developer that can demonstrate advanced experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components. The client is based out of New York City and offers a fully remote permanent position with around a $140K salary. This client is looking for a candidate who is wanting to grow and take on challenges as it is a collaborative environment with helpful teammates and leaders.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Experience with Salesforce lightning, configuration, and development experience including workflow, process builder, Flow, Apex, VisualForce, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and Force.com
Acts as the enterprise-wide Salesforce.com functionality expert - able to identify opportunities for improvement via bolt on applications and/or configuration
Works with business functions, such as Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT - to understand business strategy and define CRM and related technology system requirements to meet business objectives
Work as needed with external development and support team with experience leading both Waterfall and Agile projects to improve the SDLC and train junior resources on best practices
Support a data-driven business culture by implementing sales performance and reporting solutions; work with peers to co-create and deliver on an enterprise analytics strategy
Ensure adherence to IT Architecture principles and guidelines; lead the introduction of new technology initiatives with the Sales function as well as lead system upgrades
Responsible for the development of platform SLAs and responsible for platform support and training
