I'm actively sourcing for a Salesforce Analyst that can demonstrate knowledge of the CRM platform as well as communicate with others effectively. The client is based out of New Jersey and offers a hybrid permanent position with around a $110K salary. This client is looking for a candidate who is wanting to grow and take on challenges, and show great communications skills with stakeholders, sales, IT, and customer experience.



Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • Working with business users to gather, define and prioritize business requirements and translate them into user stories and process flows.
  • Collaborate with the project teams on functional and technical design, build, user acceptance testing with the team, adoption, training, deployment, and implementation.
  • Work collaboratively with third-party developers and vendors to design, build, and test solutions to meet business requirements, processes, and user stories.
  • Responsible for configuration and customization of Salesforce.com using standard and custom objects, fields, workflows, process builders, approval processes, flows, page layouts, installed packages, and other point-and-click configuration tools.
  • Act as the main point of contact for CRM data topics including Reporting and Dashboard creation and maintenance; data quality, validation rules, legacy data migration, and data governance.
