CRM Manager- Up to £60,000- Hybrid/London This role will report directly into the Head of CRM and sit within the wider marketing team. You'll work on defining and optimising their mutli-channel CRM strategy.
Responsibilities:- Creating automated multi-channel customer journeys
- Using data and insights to optimise our customer comms
- Developing test plans that are structured and drive statistically significant results
- Working with product & engineering to unlock growth areas and support with key business initiatives
- Liaising with product marketing to create launch campaigns
- Defining clear roadmaps for each quarter to deliver business objectives
Requirements:- Proven and recurring success in a CRM role
- Proven track record managing end-to-end customer journeys
- Experience using Braze or a similar ESP (Klaviyo, Salesforce, Hubspot, Iterable)
- Very data driven and analytical
- Previous experience working for a consumer brand
- Comfortable with HTML
- Experience in defining roadmaps
