Job Description

My Client is undertaking a large ongoing salesforce implementation. They are looking for someone that has sufficient salesforce project management experience within service cloud. This role intends to be a 12 month FTC. During this role you would work closely with the internal salesforce team and stakeholders as well as the salesforce partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management and ownership
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
• Working knowledge of technology and marketing focused projects from 3rd party software integration's to bespoke software creation.

Key Requirements

• Project Management experience on the Salesforce Platform
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Service Cloud Experience
• Experience/Community cloud experience a bonus
• Knowledge of best practice and process in Jira
• Familiarity or interest in software development lifecycle and agile methodology
