CRM Engagement Manager - Reading (3 times a week) - £65,000



I am working with a CRM client of mine who are looking for an Engagement Manager to join their expanding team, you will be the face of the company to customers, being part of full project life cycles and must have the confidence to push back on Client requirements and keep the projects to the correct budgets.

This role would be ideal for someone from a software background with BA and PM experience



Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead consulting engagements from pre-sales stage to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverable, budget, client satisfaction, and achievement of required business outcomes
  • Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery, leading and managing the implementation team.
  • Interact with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Support, implementation partners and Professional Services colleagues to ensure continuity and alignment between the organisations on any client project.
