About the role:

You will be responsible for:

• Gathering Salesforce business requirements from various clients.
• Post solution development, liaising with the client and gaining their approval.
• Customisation and configuration of the Salesforce platform.
• Documentation of client-based requirements.
• Aiding in guiding the design of solutions.
• Managing internal stakeholders.
• Providing training workshops.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous experience as a Senior Functional Consultant is essential.
• High level understanding of Salesforce customisation and configuration.
• Have managed projects end to end successfully.
• Experience in Sales and Service Cloud.
• Experience with CPQ is well regarded.
• Must possess a strategic mindset, meeting and exceeding the client's expectations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
