Salesforce Administrator



We are sourcing for a Salesforce Administrative Role in the greater Chicago Area for a top of the line jewellery Company. This company is nationwide and has a presence online and in store fronts in a variety of well known malls.

What you will do:
  • Control all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports, user account maintenance of dashboards, work flow/process builders/flows and object configurations
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create and build effective email journeys
  • Stay up to date on the platform's latest tools, capabilities and updates
  • Serve as primary system administrator for the environment
  • Manage data channels including marketing cloud integrations, inbound and outbound messages, marketing cloud integrations and 3rd party integrations.
  • Assist in the onboarding and upkeep of new users
  • Act as a connection between end-users and the application development team.
  • Work one on one with members of the user community to configure and document development requirements.

What We Expect from you:

- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales, Service Cloud software and email marketing to a large degree of people

- A College degree in Information Systems or Business, or something else in this realm

-A hard working and detail oriented personality

-Great interpersonal communication skills
