Must have many years of experience in both project management and digital sales and marketing at a high level. You must be able to lead an internal delivery team and at the same time act as an advisor to customers in CRM, Marketing Automation and Lead Management. AND, you need to understand the customer's business. In short, you work in the borderland between sales, marketing and technology. Experience from a similar role in an agency with consulting service.
Experience and competence:
Experience of an MA system such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Pardot
Understanding of the technical setup around CRM / Marketing Automation / Lead Generation
Relevant academic education such as Systems Science and / or Marketing
Experience of running digital projects (creating project plan, budget responsibility, additional sales)
Fluent English, preferably additional languages
