Job Overview: As the Salesforce Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of our Salesforce platform. You will lead a small team of Salesforce developers and administrators, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions. This role is a key position within the organization, where you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, drive best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce environment.

  • Lead the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Salesforce development team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and architect Salesforce solutions that align with industry best practices and meet business objectives.
  • Implement and configure Salesforce features, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation.
  • Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other business systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless data flow.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, system configurations, and user guides.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to optimize Salesforce performance and user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance, to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) working with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Community Cloud.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, preferably in an in-house environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Proficient in Salesforce declarative development, including process builder, workflows, validation rules, and formula fields.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration using APIs, middleware, or third-party tools.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data management principles.
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified App Builder, are highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of developers and administrators.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Swedish is a plus
