CRM Manager (Pardot) - London/remote - up to £55,000
As the Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the marketing and operations plans to support the growth of the business. You will be build out a range of automations across the platform which will be going out to regions across the globe, and will also play a strategic role in the development of Pardot across the company. You will have the opportunity to grow the team and shape how the platform is used across the business.
You will be leading the team, working with the business to increase adoption and usage of the system. Further to this, you will utilise your strong automation experience, owning automated and personalised campaigns to drive engagement and improve campaign performance. You will also lean on your strong experience using engagement studio to drive lead nurturing campaigns and create effective customer journeys. It is also a great opportunity to continue developing your consulting skills, as you will be working with senior stakeholders across the business when going through both strategy and delivery of projects. You will also draw on your strong technical knowledge to build out emails and landing pages with your knowledge of HTML.
Marketing Automation experience is essential in a B2B setting (Pardot, Hubspot).
Developing automated campaigns
Engagement studio to track lead nurturing
Strong Salesforce and Pardot analytical skills for measuring MQLs and SQLs
Designing and maintaining reports and dashboards for campaign reporting
