(Senior) Marketing Operations Manager (Pardot) - London - up to £80,000
As the (Senior) Marketing Operations Manager, you will have responsibility to drive an develop how Pardot is being utilised across this global organisation. The company are looking for someone to take ownership of the automation system, drive adoption of the platform and ensure the best optimisation between Pardot and Salesforce. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the MarTech stack with this global company, working on strategy and execution.
You will play a pivotal role in driving the capabilities of Pardot across the organisation - working with various teams across the business to enhance its use. Further to this, you will utilise your strong automation experience within a B2B setting, owning automated and personalised campaigns to drive engagement and improve campaign performance. You will also capitalise on your strong experience in integrating Pardot with Salesforce and ensuring they are optimised for various teams. Further, you will have strong reporting skills, where you can produce actionable insights on projects and attribution model results. Key skills:
- Marketing Automation experience and building out automated campaigns (Pardot).
- Stakeholder Management
- Experience using Salesforce as a CRM and integrating with Pardot
- Engagement studio to track lead nurturing
- Lead scoring/grading
- Attribution modelling
- Strong analytical skills for measuring MQLs and SQLs
- Designing and maintaining reports and dashboards for campaign reporting.
