Marketing Automation Manager (Marketo) - London - up to £65,000 + up to 20% bonus
As the Marketing Automation Manager, you will have responsibility to drive and develop how Marketo is being utilised across the organisation. The company are looking for someone who can take ownership of the automation system, drive adoption of the platform and be influential in how Marketo syncs with the Salesforce on a daily basis. You will play a pivotal role in driving the capabilities of Marketo across the organisation - working with various teams across the business to enhance its use. Further to this, you will utilise your strong automation experience within a B2B setting, owning automated and personalised campaigns to drive engagement and improve campaign performance. You will also capitalise on your strong experience using engagement studio to drive lead nurturing campaigns and build effective lead scoring/grading processes.
Marketing Automation experience and building out automated campaigns (Marketo).
Syncing Marketo with the CRM (Salesforce) - desirable.
Developing automated campaigns as well as working on strategy
Lead nurturing - processes and implementation.
Strong analytical skills for measuring MQLs and SQLs
Designing and maintaining reports and dashboards for campaign reporting
