Salesforce and Marketing Automation Product Owner


Salesforce & Marketing Product Manager - London/remote - up to £75,000

As the Salesforce and Marketing Product manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of projects between the Sales and Marketing teams, as you continue to develop the Salesforce and Marketo platforms. As an SME for the platform, you will manage both project work and BAU requirements, ensuring the systems are optimised and working to their full capabilities between the teams. It's a fantastic opportunity to take a lead on both the CRM (Salesforce) and the Marketing Automation platform, and work across global projects as the team grows.

On a day-to-day basis you will be working on change management and BAU projects, ensuring the sales and marketing teams are working collaboratively and smoothly as changes and updates are made to improve internal processes and external campaigns that are running. You will also have experience integrating the platforms with other systems; the company are continuing to invest in other software to enhance their capabilities and services they offer to their clients. The role has a global focus, making it a great opportunity for you to develop and enhance your skill set across a range of projects and markets, and you will be working directly with senior stakeholders across the business.

Key skills:
  • Experience taking ownership of the Salesforce CRM platform, ideally as a product owner.
  • Understanding of Marketing Automation processes and software (ideally Marketo, Pardot/HubSpot also considered).
  • Managing integrations with other platforms
  • Change management and roadmaps
  • Strong understanding of data and data manipulation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at a senior level
  • Experience managing a team
