Lead Salesforce Developer Opportunity - Up to 95k - Hybrid (London)!

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrating leadership and providing expertise in Salesforce engineering activities.
• Working closely with architecture teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Managing and conducting CI/CD and DevOps activities.
• Supporting, mentoring and coaching team members to increase productivity and developing performance.
• You will be responsible for designing and implementing required features, and delivering solutions using best practices.
• Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certifications.
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the principles and frameworks of Salesforce, including development and testing of Lightning Components.
• Experience using Salesforce languages (e.g. Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Apex, Visualforce and SOQL).
• Experience using programming languages: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS.
• Experience configuring declarative tools, including Process Builder, Flows, Workflow rules and Validation rules.
• Experience with/ knowledge of using DevOps tools.
