My client are a leading recruitment firm who are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team!

The candidate must have hands-on management experience and ideally some exposure to Salesforce.


Role & Responsibilities

• Process Development (designing and documenting current and future business process) - being able to identify and explore opportunities for service and business improvement
• Requirements gathering, management and communication
• Supporting project teams during the analysis and planning stages
